Participation terms

General terms & conditions for participation in seminars & other events

The reservation and participation in seminars and other events of The Knitting Club, furthermore recommends the explicit and unconditional acceptance of all the terms listed here.

A good prerequisite for your participation in seminars and other events is your good mood and mutual respect for others, participants and organizers.

General terms

Participation in Seminars has a symbolic, different per theme cost in money or BONUS reward points and requires the purchase of the respective craft supplies from our store, where necessary and as described. Seminars are conducted in specific time and dates.
Participation in Workshops and in Thematic Seminars is free of charge with the purchase of the respective craft supplies from our store and they are conducted in specific time and dates.
Participation in Advisory Workshops is free of charge with the purchase of the respective craft supplies from our store and they are conducted in specific time and dates upon agreement.

Special terms

Purchase of all craft supplies and payment for the participation fee for each seminar and other events, where applicable, have to be made in advance.
All knitting & crocheting supplies used in the seminars have to be purchased from our shop.
You are wholeheartedly requested for your timely arrival, at least 10 minutes before start, so as and to provide a timely notice if fail to participate, up to one (1) day before start, if such occurs.
The minimum number of participants to attend a seminar is 2 people. The duration of the seminar is adjusted to half when the participants are 3 or less.
In case of an early cancellation of participation in a seminar, you can, if there is availability, to transfer the date of your entry for the same seminar.
Especially for DIY Seminars and only in case of early cancellation due to absence of force majeure, there is the possibility to transfer 1 (one) day only per month of participation maximum, upon agreement.
In case of not attending or untimely cancel a participation in a seminar, you cannot transfer the date of your entry for the same seminar to another date.
In case of paying the participation fee via BONUS points, the deduction of points is performed automatically by the system if there is sufficient balance and these cannot be returned or credited, nor have the possibility of canceling and transferring the participation date.
In DIY Seminars with annual subscription, due to their nature, there is no transfer/replacement.
Questions and advice are always requested by the tutor of the seminar.
The subject of the seminar must have been discussed and agreed before start. DIY Seminars are designed to meet needs that you have previously discussed.
After committing for participation in any seminar, neither cancellation nor refund can be made.

Changes – modifications

The company reserves the right to modify, part or whole, of these therms at any time and without any further notice.
